In spite of the adverse effects of the pandemic, the tourism and hospitality sectors have grown more rapidly than any other. The purpose of this series is to highlight the innovations in tourism and hospitality in recent years. Further, the book series will provide an overview of future opportunities, challenges, and perspectives in the tourism and hospitality sector worldwide. It is open to not only academics and researchers but also to policymakers, bloggers, YouTubers, and industry people to submit proposals. Involving them is intended to bridge the gap between industry and academia and to provide practical learning opportunities. The series encourages bloggers and YouTubers to submit book proposals since they are better at telling stories about destinations, cuisine, events, festivals, etc.

This series aims to highlight tourism and hospitality themes that are yet to be explored and untapped. A key component of the series is the anthropology element in tourism since this topic appears to be one that will remain in demand for research indefinitely. Anthropology encompasses a wide spectrum of subjects, from human relationships to social, cultural, environmental, and community engagement and ethics to changing tourist behavior.

This series provides a critical analysis of the below-mentioned topics but is not limited to them:

  • Tourism and the Anthropological Perspectives
  • Growth and Sustainability of Livelihoods in the BRICS Countries
  • Antecedents, Consequences and Future of Tourism Potential
  • Tourism and Entrepreneurship
  • People, Psychology and Peace
  • Exchange, Emotions and Experiences
  • Socio-Cultural Dimensions of Tourism
  • The Historical and Cultural Phenomenon of Tourism
  • Tourism in Smart Societies
