Professor Justin Paul, PhD, is currently an honorary Professor at University of Reading, England and, as Professor at University of Puerto Rico, USA. He is also a former faculty member with the University of Washington. He has served as MBA Director and AACSB co-ordinator at Nagoya University, Japan and as Department Chair at IIM. Dr. Paul introduced the Masstige model and measure for branding, CPP model for internationalization, SCOPE framework for small firms, 7-P Framework for International Marketing, and TCCM Framework for literature reviews. He holds/held titles as Distinguished Scholar from IIM-Kerala, Lebanese American University, and SIBM Pune. In addition, he has taught full courses in Denmark, France, Lithuania, and Poland and has served as a keynote speaker at 100s of conferences that include UVSQ-France, KSMS-Korea, Polish Academy and conferences in India. Dr. Paul has been a visiting professor position at the University of Chicago, USA; Vienna University, Austria; Fudan University & UIBE, China; and UAB, Barcelona and Madrid, Spain. He has published three best-selling case studies with Ivey & Harvard. He is known as an author/co-author of books such as Business Environment (4th ed), International Marketing, Services Marketing, Export-Import Management (2nd edition), and Management of Banking & Financial Services by McGraw-Hill, Oxford University Press, and Pearson respectively. His total downloads exceed over 800,000 times. An author of over 180 research papers in SSCI journals, Dr. Paul has over 75 papers are in A or A star journals (ABDC) & 65+ in UK-CABS 3- or 4-level journals. He has visited over 80 countries as a visiting professor/public speaker. He holds two PhD degrees from the University of Brighton, England, and IIT Bombay. He is currently the Chief Editor of International Journal of Consumer Studies, the world’s top consumer research journal ranked by Web of Science with an impact factor 10.0 published from UK and USA. Ranked among the world’s top 92 highly cited Professors in Business & Economics subject areas, his citations are increasing at record rate 700 per month, with an H-index 69.

Professor Sunil Sahadev, PhD, is currently Professor of Marketing and Responsible Enterprise at Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom. He started his academic career at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. He subsequently worked at the University of Sheffield, UK, University of Salford and University of Brighton. He is also a visiting faculty at the Vilnius University, Lithuania. He holds a post-doctoral fellowship from the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok. He has published widely in highly repute peer reviewed journals like the Journal of Services Research, Journal of Travel Research, British Journal of Management, Journal of Business Research, Technology forecasting and Social Change, International Journal of Human Resources Management, etc. He has also authored a widely used textbook on sales and distribution channel management. He has supervised to completion 17 PhD students. His areas of research interest include managing boundary spanning elements, digital marketing, and sustainability. Professor Dipak Saha, PhD, is currently associated as an experienced Professor of marketing and behavioral leadership with a demonstrated history of leadership in the marketing and leadership discipline with the Department of Management, Institute of Engineering and Management, University of Engineering and Management, Kolkata, India, with over 20 years of corporate and academic experience. He has published several articles in reputed and renowned scholarly journals. He is the co-editor of the book Perspectives in Marketing, Innovation, and Strategy with the Father of Marketing Prof. Philip Kotler and Perspective in Finance and Digital Transformation of Business. He is a talent strategist and consultant and trainer in the field of strategic decision making. He is the recipient of the AMP- Academic Excellence Award 2020, Research Excellence Award 2023. His areas of interest are marketing and behavioral leadership. Professor Subrata Chattopadhyay, PhD, is currently working as Professor at the Institute of Engineering & Management, University of Engineering and Management, Kolkata, India. Adept at innovative teaching practices, he is highly networked within the industry as he continues to practice alongside teaching. He has contributed in more than 30 international journals and has published over 23 papers in seminars and conferences. He has also authored three books: Computations in Estate Management, Transport Management, and Values and Ethics for Engineers and Managers. He is on the editorial board of five international journals and NEN-DST Govt. of India recognized faculty on Entrepreneurship. He is a Mentor of Change in the Atal Innovation Mission of Govt. of India and has been conferred the prestigious Certified Management Teacher by MTC-Global for his innovative and dedicated teaching and mentoring in 2015. He has successfully chaired and has been invited as keynote speaker in several national and international conferences in South Asia. Dr Subrata has been awarded and recognized as the Outstanding Higher Education Leader of the Year by SOE Global Education Awards in 2014 and has been recognized by NFED for his contribution to mentoring startups, teaching and research for two consecutive years 2013 and 2014.
