Quantum clustering (QC), a class of data-clustering algorithms that uses conceptual and mathematical tools from quantum mechanics, is being increasingly researched and employed in various sciences, including in medical science, in human science as well as in art and in military science. In this new volume, The Code of Strategic Management: Paths to Quantum Clusters, the authors reinvent the scientific concept of and use of clustering for post-modern management of organizations under multiple aspects, addressing the need for organizations to adapt current business models and management systems to the realities of quantum information.

This new book is marked by the unique combination of scientific logic from the perspective of which the phenomenon and process of clustering, or meta-clustering, is investigated, with the philosophical logic, respectively, of the ethics of their sustainability.

The authors first address the need for a compromise between current business models and management systems and the realities of quantum information. It addresses the use of various sciences for the creation of a unitary conceptual-applicative thesis for meta clustering as a solution to progressive economic issues. It also considers the dynamics of a business model focused on research, development, and innovation as a solution to the societal, economic, and environmental changes through meta-strategic modeling in organizational layers like clusters, metaclusters etc.

The book considers the formation, validation and transformation of clusters from different organizations into an open-closed, evolving, self-reflexive system. The book takes a transdisciplinary approach covering models such as the Quantum Business Model, Bonsai Business Model, and others, integrating the sciences of nano-quantum complexity in strategic management based on coopetition. Finally, the book concludes with a value-added presentation of previous research to bring together the concept of quantum management development for research-development-innovation, particularly in the fields of HSQE (Health-Safety, Quality-Ecology).

Written by a scientific researcher visionary, Prof. Mihai V. Putz, and a strategic management conceptualist, Prof. Ioan Petrisor, both with significant international university experience, this new volume will simultaneously sensitize and prepare the reader-analyst to understand and integrate the utility and novelty of nano-, quanto-, and post-modern research into the strategic management of clusters as sustainable solutions to socio-economic problems .
