Susobhan Maiti, PhD, is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics, School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS), JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Bangalore, India. His major area of academic interest includes applied econometrics, industrial growth, efficiency, productivity, gender economics, and development economics. He received an Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) doctoral fellowship for the years 2017–2018 from the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), presently the Ministry of Education, Government of India, and qualified his UGC-NET exam. His research papers have been published in international and Scopus-indexed journals. Dr. Maiti did his postgraduation in Economics with a specialization in Econometrics at the Vidyasagar University, India, and then he earned his PhD degree in Economics from Vidyasagar University, India.

Assistant Professor, School of commerce and Management Studies, Sandip University Nashik, Maharashtra, India

Tanushree Gupta, PhD, is currently working an Assistant Professor in the School of Commerce and Management Studies at Sandip University Nashik, Maharashtra, India. She is an eminent researcher. Finance, microfinance, stock market, and international business are some of her primary academic interests. She served as a co-principal investigator at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is currently working on a number of other projects. She is a lifetime member of the All India Commerce Association. She is also a review member for the International Journal of Research and Analytical Reviews and also an editorial board member of the International Journal in Management and Social Science. Last but not the least she has to her credit many research papers and publications in Scopus-indexed journals, and many of her book chapters have been published by international publishers. She earned her master’s in Business Administration at Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, India, and received her PhD from Amity University Rajasthan, Jaipur, India.
