The proposed book will comprehensively discuss about the enzymes such as E1, E2, E3 ligases, deubiquitinating enzymes including proteins which control neurodegenerative disease-inducing proteins, but also their potentials as a therapeutic agent for neurodegenerative diseases. Deubiquitinating enzymes regulates toxic proteins inducing neurodegenerative diseases through proteasome signaling, mitophagy, autophagy etc, for the mitigation of brain disorders. In addition to that, we are going to address biological role of the transglutaminases in the neuroinflammation, with particular interest in the molecular mechanisms, which could involve these enzymes in the pathophysiological processes of human neurodegenerative diseases. Further, the proposed book will also be helpful to explore promising therapeutic targets from highly dynamic ubiquitination modification processes. Only a few numbers of molecules will reach to the market after an extensive effort of researcher in clinical trials. Most of the molecules in the market available for neurodegenerative disorders are not targeted specific and showing severe-side effects and toxicity. Acetylcholinesterase inhibitors and glutamate blockers are available to moderate-severe ND. However, poor blood brain barrier (BBB) permeability and neuronal toxicity are the limitations of existing drugs. So, considering the above-mentioned scientific facts, there is need of development of target specific drug delivery for neurodegenerative disorders. So, in the proposed book, we are going to discuss about the novel targets involved in neurodegeneration and summaries all advance research and formulation strategies to target the neurodegenerative disorders for the safe and effective management of neurodegenerative disorders.
