Alexander V. Vakhrushev, DSc, is a professor at the M.T. Kalashnikov Izhevsk State Technical University in Izhevsk, Russia, where he teaches theory, calculating, and design of nano- and microsystems. He is also the Chief Researcher of the Department of Information-Measuring Systems of the Institute of Mechanics of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences and Head of the Department of Nanotechnology and Microsystems of Kalashnikov Izhevsk State Technical University. He is a Corresponding Member of the Russian Engineering Academy. He has over 400 publications to his name, including monographs, articles, reports, reviews, and patents. He has received several awards, including an Academician A. F. Sidorov Prize from the Ural Division of the Russian Academy of Sciences for significant contribution to the creation of the theoretical fundamentals of physical processes taking place in multi-level nanosystems and Honorable Scientist of the Udmurt Republic. He is currently a member of the editorial boards of several journals, including Computational Continuum Mechanics, Chemical Physics and Mesoscopia, and Nanobuild. His research interests include multiscale mathematical modeling of physical-chemical processes into the nano-hetero systems at nano-, micro- and macro-levels; static and dynamic interaction of nanoelements; and basic laws relating the structure and macro characteristics of nano-hetero structures.

Vladimir I. Kodolov, DSc, is Professor and Head of the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Technology at M. T. Kalashnikov Izhevsk State Technical University in Izhevsk, Russia, as well as Chief of Basic Research at the High Educational Center of Chemical Physics and Mesoscopy at the Udmurt Scientific Center, Ural Division at the Russian Academy of Sciences. He is also the Scientific Head of Innovation Center at the Izhevsk Electromechanical Plant in Izhevsk, Russia.

He is Vice Editor-in-Chief of the Russian journal Chemical Physics and Mesoscopy and and is a member of the editorial boards of several Russian journals. He is the Honorable Professor of the M. T. Kalashnikov Izhevsk State Technical University, Honored Scientist of the Udmurt Republic, Honored Scientific Worker of the Russian Federation, Honorary Worker of Russian Education, and also Honorable Academician of the International Academic Society.

A. K. Haghi, PhD, is the author and editor of 165 books, as well as 1000 published papers in various journals and conference proceedings. Dr. Haghi has received several grants, consulted for a number of major corporations, and is a frequent speaker to national and international audiences. Since 1983, he served as professor at several universities. He is currently Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Chemoinformatics and Chemical Engineering and Polymers Research Journal and on the editorial boards of many International journals. He is also a member of the Canadian Research and Development Center of Sciences and Cultures (CRDCSC), Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He holds a BSc in urban and environmental engineering from the University of North Carolina (USA), an MSc in mechanical engineering from North Carolina A&T State University (USA), a DEA in applied mechanics, acoustics and materials from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne (France), and a PhD in engineering sciences from Université de Franche-Comté (France).

Suresh C. Ameta, PhD

Suresh C. Ameta, PhD, is currently Dean, Faculty of Science at PAHER University, Udaipur, India. He has served as Professor and Head of the Department of Chemistry at North Gujarat University Patan and at M. L. Sukhadia University, Udaipur, and as Head of the Department of Polymer Science. He also served as Dean of Postgraduate Studies. Prof. Ameta has held the position of President of the Indian Chemical Society, Kotkata, and is now a life-long Vice President. He was awarded a number of prestigious awards during his career, such as national prizes twice for writing chemistry books in Hindi. He also received the Prof. M. N. Desai Award (2004), the Prof. W. U. Malik Award (2008), the National Teacher Award (2011), the Prof. G. V. Bakore Award (2007), a Life-Time Achievement Award by the Indian Chemical Society (2011) as well as the Indian Council of Chemist (2015), etc. He has successfully guided 81 PhD students. Having more than 350 research publications to his credit in journals of national and international repute, he is also the author of many undergraduate- and postgraduate-level books. He has published three books with Apple Academic Press: Chemical Applications of Symmetry and Group Theory; Microwave-Assisted Organic Synthesis; and Green Chemistry: Fundamentals and Applications; and two with Taylor and Francis: Solar Energy Conversion and Storage and Photocatalysis. He has also written chapters in books published by several other international publishers. Prof. Ameta has delivered lectures and chaired sessions at national conferences and is a reviewer of number of international journals. In addition, he has completed five major research projects from different funding agencies, such as DST, UGC, CSIR, and Ministry of Energy, Govt. of India.
