Soumi Ghosh, PhD, is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Information Technology Department of Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology (MAIT), Delhi, India. She has published many research papers in Scopus/ SCI-indexed international journals and conferences. She has received Best Paper awards for her research work at different international conferences. Her research area includes data mining, artificial intelligence, software engineering, data analysis, computational intelligence, machine learning, pattern recognition, and fuzzy logic. She has completed her PhD degree in Computer Science and Engineering at Amity University Uttar Pradesh in 2019. Dr. Ghosh has received a Gold Medal in MTech (CSE) from Amity University Uttar Pradesh in 2013. She completed her BTech (CSE) in 2009 at Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Previously, she was associated with Techno India College of Technology; NSHM College of Management and Technology, Dinabandhu Andrews Institute of Technology and Management, J D Birla Institute of Science and Commerce, Future Institute of Engineering and Management, West Bengal State Labor Institute, and Department of Management Science, Sister Nivedita University, Kolkata, India. She has six years of experience in academia and two years of industrial experience. She has published 20 research papers in national and international conferences and journals in quality work-life, decent work-life, work-life balance, stress management, employee engagement, job satisfaction, leadership, training, and learning, etc. She has presented a research paper at DSMLAI 2021 organized by the India–Namibia Centre of Excellence in Information Technology, Namibia University of Science and Technology, Namibia. Santosh Kumar Das, PhD, is Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Sarala Birla University, Ranchi, India. Prior to that, he was Assistant Professor at the School of Computer Science and Engineering at the National Institute of Science and Technology (Autonomous), Institute Park, Odisha, India. He has more than eight years of teaching experience. He has authored/edited five books with Springer in the series Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems, Tracts in Nature-Inspired Computing, and Studies in Computational Intelligence. He has contributed more than 35 research papers. His research interests mainly focus on ad-hoc and sensor network, artificial intelligence, soft computing, and mathematical modeling. His h-index is 16 with more than 690 citations to date.
