Sulemana Iddrisu, PhD, is a Principal of the Tamale College of Education, Tamale, Ghana. He is an accomplished educator with a strong background in teaching and administration. He began his career as a teacher after completing his secondary and post-secondary education at Northern School of Business and Bagabaga Training College, Tamale, Ghana. Prior to his current role, he served as a Senior Lecturer at the Tamale Polytechnic and later at Tamale Technical University. His leadership roles at the university included Head of the Department of Marketing and acting Vice Rector. Dr. Iddrisu has contributed significantly to the educational sector, holding positions such as National Vice President of Principals of Colleges of Education (PRINCOF) and Chair of the Governing Board of Ambariya Senior High School, Tamale. With numerous publications in local and foreign journals, Dr. Iddrisu has actively participated in conferences and workshops, showcasing his commitment to professional development. His extensive experience includes facilitating workshops on change management, quality assurance, and committee systems in colleges of education. Dr. Iddrisu holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration (Marketing) from the University of Ghana, Master of Education in Administration from the University of Cape Coast, and a PhD in Management with specialty in Organizational Studies from the University of Edinburgh Business School, Scotland.

Abdul-Razak Abubakari, DBA

Abdul-Razak Abubakari, DBA, is an Associate Professor of Strategic Leadership and Dean of Faculty of Business of Tamale Technical University, Ghana. He has over two decades of experience in higher education and has a profound record of educational leadership in his various roles. He also managed the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Institute of Distance Learning in Tamale for a decade. Professor Abdul-Razak has served in a number of statutory committees of the university over time. He has also contributed in providing professional services in the development of strategic plans for a number of institutions, including Tamale Technical University. In terms of research, he has published in a number of reputable journals indexed in University Grants Commission and the Web of Science. His main areas of research interest are leadership, strategic leadership, management and policy, and planning.

Alhassan Alolo Abdul-Rasheed Akeji, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the School of Business attached to the Department of Logistics and Procurement Management at the Tamale Technical University (TaTU), Ghana. His research interests include governance of inter-organizational relationships in business ecosystems, open innovation and ecosystems, application of game theory in business, why organizations govern certain transactions, and how these shape organizational performance, methodological issues in strategic management, application of big data analytics on firm performance, supply chain management, block chain operational capabilities on firm performance, application of IOT in business, etc. He received his doctorate degree in Management Science and Engineering from Jiangsu University, People Republic of China. His MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, MBA in Strategic Management and Consulting were awarded by Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana; his MA in HRD and MSc in Organizational Development were earned from the University of Cape Coast and the College for Community and Organisational Development (CCOD) (UDS), respectively.

Mohammed Majeed, PhD, is a Lecturer at Tamale Technical University, Tamale, Ghana, where he is Head of the Marketing Department. His current research interest includes digital marketing, value co-creation, brand/branding, and social media in service organizations. Dr. Majeed has published book chapters with reputed publishers such as Emerald, Taylor & Francis, Asia-Pacific Management Accounting Association, Springer, and Palgrave McMillan. Dr. Majeed holds various degrees including a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), Certified Business Analyst and Consultant (ICBAC), and MPhil and MBA degrees in Marketing.
