Gopal Singh Latwal, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at the Institute of Information Technology and Management, New Delhi, India. He holds an MBA in Marketing and has obtained his PhD in Management from Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur, India. He has more than 14 years of academic and industry experience. He has authored two textbooks and edited two books. He has published research papers in journals of national repute and has presented a number of papers at various national and international seminars and conferences. He has delivered live expert lectures at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi, and regularly delivers lectures for faculty development programs. He has successfully conducted many workshops on data analysis and research methodology.

Sudhir Kumar Sharma, PhD
Professor and Head of Computer Science Department, IITM Janakpuri, New Delhi, India

Sudhir Kumar Sharma, PhD, is currently working as Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Science at the Institute of Information Technology and Management, affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), New Delhi, India. He has rich experience of more than 20 years in the field of computer science and engineering. He obtained his PhD degree in Information Technology from the University School of Information and Communication Technology, GGSIPU, New Delhi, India. He obtained his MTech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Guru Jambheshwar University, Hisar, India, and his MSc degree in Physics from the University of Roorkee (now IIT Roorkee), Roorkee, India. He is interested in the machine learning, data mining and security. He has published several research papers in international journals and at international conferences. He is a life member of the Computer Society of India and the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers. He is an associate editor for the International Journal of End-User Computing and Development (IJEUCD), IGI Global, USA. He is editor of proceedings of ICETIT-2019. He is a convener of ICRIHE-2020.

Prerna Mahajan, PhD
Professor and Director, Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Janakpuri, New Delhi

PPrerna Mahajan, PhD, is Director and Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the Institute of Information Technology and Management, Janakpuri, New Delhi, India. She has worked on several research projects funded by the Indian government and private bodies. She has been a member of several conference committees. She has a wide range of experience both in academics and administration, ranging from monitoring, faculty coordination, mentoring, software development, accreditation processes, and interfacing with external agencies. She has also published and presented research papers at conferences and in international and national journals. She is a certified trainer for data science and machine learning courses. She has conducted several faculty development programs and in-service training programs and workshops for researchers, faculty, and students. Dr. Mahajan earned her PhD in Computer Science at Banasthali University, India.

Piet Kommers, PhD
Associate Professor, University in Twente, The Netherlands

Piet Kommers, PhD, is an early pioneer in media for cognitive and social support. His doctoral research explored methods for hypertext and concept mapping in learning. He has been developing educational technology for teacher training since 1982. He is an Associate Professor at the University in Twente, The Netherlands, and adjunct/visiting professor in various countries. He taught many advanced level courses and has supervised more than 30 PhD students. He instigated and coordinated the NATO Advanced Research Workshop on Cognitive Technologies in 1990 and a large series of Joint European Research Projects on authoring multimedia, web-based learning, teacher education, virtual 3D worlds, constructivist learning, social media, web-based communities, and international student exchange. UNESCO awarded his work in ICT for Education in Eastern Europe with the title of Honorary Professor. The Capital Normal University in Beijing awarded him the title of Honorary Doctor. He is member of the advisory boards in the ministries of education and academia of sciences in Singapore, Finland, and Russia. Dr. Kommers is the initiator of an international journal for web-based communities and the overall chair of the IADIS conferences on societal applications of ICT. He has given more than 40 invited and keynote lectures at conferences in the fields of education, media, and communication. His books and journal articles address the social and intellectual transformations at each transition from “traditional” into the “new” media.
