Pankaj Sharma, PhD, is presently working as a Professor at the Department of Pharmaceutics, ShriRam College of Pharmacy, Banmore, Morena, India. He has a total experience of 11 years in teaching and research. His research interests include development of transdermal preparations, the role of AI in the healthcare industry, nanocarrier system development, tablets, and other carrier-mediated systems for effective delivery of drugs. He is actively involved in formulating nanocarriers for effective delivery of drugs for treatment of malaria, arthritis, etc. Dr. Sharma has received many awards and prizes for his contributions. He has been a representative and invited speaker at several conferences, seminars, symposiums, and workshops on his research and teaching experiences. He participates actively in a number of university, department, and institute committees. Dr. Sharma has guided 20 MPharm students under his supervision. In national and international publications, he has produced over 20 peer-reviewed papers in the field of pharmaceutical sciences, along with book chapters. Also, he reviews papers for a number of international scientific publications. He belongs to numerous Indian scientific organizations as a member or life member. He has completed his BPharm and MPharm from RGPV University Bhopal, and earned a PhD in the year 2020.

Saloni Jain, PhD, has seven years of experience in teaching and research. She is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at Shri Ram College of Pharmacy, Banmore, Morena, India. Her research interests focus on the development of herbal preparations and antidiabetic activities for effective drug delivery, specifically for skin diseases, diabetes, and diuretics. Dr. Jain has presented research papers at international conferences and has been granted a UK patent design. She is an active participant on various universities, departments, and institute committees. Dr. Jain has guided eight MPharm students and published several research and review papers in national and international journals. Additionally, she has contributed book chapters to international publications and attended faculty development programs. She is a member of numerous Indian scientific organizations and the Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India. She completed her BPharm and MPharm at RGPV University Bhopal and earned her PhD in February 2023.

Vinay Jain, PhD, is a highly accomplished academic and administrative professional, currently serving as the Principal of Shri Ram College of Pharmacy, Madhya Pradesh, India. He has made significant contributions to the field through his research and publications, including peer-reviewed articles, edited and indexed books, and guidance for over 32 research scholars. In addition to his academic pursuits, Dr. Jain has been an active member of the pharmacy community, serving as co-convener of the Indo-Caribbean conference and organizing secretary of the national conference on The Future Prospect in Pharma-Marketing. He is also a lifetime member of the Indian Society of Pharmacognosy and has been recognized for his leadership and mentorship in the field. Dr. Jain has been a strong advocate for the holistic development of society and individuals and has been actively involved in corporate social responsibility initiatives such as health checkup camps, cloth donation drives, and social awareness drives. He has filed two patents and published many papers in international and national journals. In recognition of his excellence, Dr. Jain has received various awards and honors, including the Dhanvantari Award during SRIJAN 2021. He holds an MPharm and PhD in Pharmacognosy and has amassed 20 years of experience in teaching and administration.
