She has delivered several expert and guest lectures, attended seminars, and chaired sessions at various IEEE and other international conferences. She is actively serving as a journal reviewer for various publishers, such as IEEE, Springer, John Wiley, and IGI Global and is also as an editorial board member of IEEE conferences and other reputed international journals and conferences. She is a member of the International Association of Engineers (IAENG), Hong Kong. She has published five patents. Dr. Ahirwar has guided many research projects. She has been awarded a National Eminent Researcher Award, National Eminent Academic Influencer Award, and an Academic ICON Award Shikshak.
