Souvik Pal, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Sister Nivedita University (Techno India Group), Kolkata, India. He has more than a decade of academic experience and is an author or co-editor of more than 18 books from reputed publishers, including Elsevier, Springer, CRC Press, and Wiley. He also holds three patents. He published more than 65 publications in indexed journals and conferences. He is serving as a Series Editor for the book series Advances in Learning Analytics for Intelligent Cloud-IoT Systems; Internet of Things: Data-Centric Intelligent Computing, Informatics, and Communication; and Conference Proceedings Series on Intelligent Systems, Data Engineering, and Optimization. He has been the organizing chair, keynote speaker, and proceedings editor of various conferences, including RICE, ICICCT, ICMMCS, and ICWSNUCA. His professional activities include roles such as associate editor, guest editor, and editorial board member for more than 100 international journals and conferences. His research area includes cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things, wireless sensor networks, and data analytics. He is a member of many professional organizations in his field. Dr. Pal received his MTech and PhD degrees in the field of Computer Science and Engineering from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT University), Bhubaneswar, India.

Ton Quang Cuong, PhD
Dean, Faculty of Educational Technology, University of Education, Vietnam National University, Hanoi

Ton Quang Cuong, PhD, is Dean, Faculty of Educational Technology, University of Education, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. He has an extensive teaching experience of over 16 years in teacher education, educational technology, and management skills. He assists the university in providing new models of teacher training in Vietnam, in developing research and service in educational management and leadership, and in collaborating with other institutions in Vietnam and overseas. As an honor and prestige expert, Head of Department of Learning Theories and Instruction Technology, and Dean of the Faculty, he is responsible for the development of curricula, learning methodology and technology, and leadership and management instruction at his university. In February 2018, he became the first person at his university to introduce the new educator generation, “eduTecher” for teaching.

R. S. S. Nehru, PhD
Assistant Professor, Department of Education, Sikkim University (Central University), Gangtok, Sikkim, India

R. S. S. Nehru, PhD, is Assistant Professor in the Department of Education at Sikkim University, Gangtok, Sikkim, India. He has been an invited lecturer at the University of Education, Hanoi, Vietnam. Dr. Nehru has published 14 books as main and co-author and more than 30 edited book chapters related to education and educational technologies as well as several research papers in Scopus-indexed national and international journals and conferences. He is an editorial board member for two international multidisciplinary journals and was invited to many conferences as chair, keynote speaker, co-chair, and resource person for national workshops on multidisciplinary research. Under his research guidance, several MPhil students have received their degrees in Education from Periyar University and Alagappa University, Tamil Nadu, and six scholars have received their PhDs in Education from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. He is approved faculty member of the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Kuvempu University, and other university online and distance education mode programs on education and teacher education. Dr. Nehru is a member in many professional organizations, such as the International Comparative Education Society (ICES), USA; Comparative Education Society of Asia (CESA), Japan; WWF-India; Dolphin Nature Conservation Society (DNCS); Institute of Advanced Education and Research (IAER); Indian Association of Teacher Educators (IATE); and Indian Psychiatry Society (IPS). His research area includes information and communications technology in education, comparative education, teacher education with a multidisciplinary focus. Dr. Nehru received his MEd degree in Education from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and MPhil from Madurai Kama Raj University, Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. He has received his PhD degree in Education from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, India. He also acquired a MSc in Zoology, MSc (Psychology), MSW, PGDHR, PGDSE&IP, Honors Diploma in Computer Science (HDCS), and certificates for programs in Internet of Things, virtual reality, interconnected reality, and Rabbits.
