Short Description of the book:

A revolutionary method for handling the complexity of contemporary systems, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) is particularly useful in fields that need mission-critical dependability and real-time performance. In order to ensure smooth integration, effective performance, and dependable deployment, this book Integrated Model-Based Systems Engineering and Real-Time Systems: A Deployment Perspective will provide a thorough examination of how MBSE approaches might be used in real-time systems.

By offering engineers, researchers, and industry professionals a systematic method for developing, confirming, and implementing real-time embedded systems utilizing MBSE frameworks, this book woll close the gap between theory and real-world application. It will examine cyber-physical systems (CPS), digital twins, system simulations and model-driven architecture (MDA), emphasizing its applicability in safety-critical sectors including industrial automation, robotics, automotive and aerospace.

Important Features:
• MBSE Fundamentals:
An in-depth exploration of domain-specific modelling languages designed for real-time systems, including SysML and UML.

• Verification and Integration of Systems:
Methods to close the gap between high-level system models and practical implementation.

• Real-Time System Constraints:
MBSE frameworks that address scheduling, concurrency, timing and resource optimization.

• Case Studies & Industry Applications:
Useful information from smart infrastructure, avionics, automotive and medical devices.

• Tools & Methodologies:
An interactive manual for using digital twin platforms, MATLAB/Simulink, Cameo Systems Modeler and Enterprise Architect.

• Difficulties & Future Trends:
Discussing digital engineering, AI-enhanced MBSE, and MBSE’s function in Industry 4.0 and autonomous systems.

This book will be a vital resource for systems engineers, embedded developers, academics, and technology leaders who want to use MBSE for real-time system design and deployment because it strikes a balance between fundamental ideas, implementation techniques and practical applications.
