Reviews “Offers testimony of how creativity, sustainability, and technology advancements are working together to redefine industries and change our shared future… The contributors bring a wealth of expertise, explaining the future challenges and opportunities of our time. By emphasizing the coordination of modernization with environmental management, ethical governance, and human-centric design, this book invites readers to anticipate a future where progress does not come at the expense of global well-being.” —From the Foreword by Prof. Vijayan Immanuel, Vice Chancellor, Presidency University, Bengaluru, India Industry 5.0 is not merely a continuation of its predecessor, Industry 4.0, but rather a transformative vision that intertwines human-centric innovation with environmental viability. Unlike Industry 4.0, which predominantly focused on automation and digitization, Industry 5.0 emphasizes a synergistic relationship between technology, ecology, and societal well-being. It envisions a future where progress is not measured solely by productivity but by the collaborative incorporation of human intelligence, artificial intelligence, and sustainable practices. AAP support has been truly important throughout the initial and final stages of the book. While the majority of the publishing work is done at the early stages, the final touches that include the last-minute corrections of the authors are extremely crucial to the quality the book tries to convey. The assistance of AAP during the last stages of corrections and communication with the authors was a very positive contributor to my state of mind during those stressful moments. I recommend the publishing experience with AAP to other editors of scientific material.” —Stavros Hatzopoulos, PhD, Hearing Science Laboratory, University Hospital of Ferrara, Ferrara, Italy AAP book title: Nanotechnologies: The Physics of Nanomaterials (2-volume set) “I was very pleased with the interaction and support of the team at Apple Academic Press.
