Vinod Kumar Shukla, PhD, is currently working with Amity University, Dubai, UAE, as Associate Professor and Head of Academics in the School of Engineering Architecture Interior Design. He completed his PhD in the field of “Semantic Web and Ontology.” He is an active member of IEEE. He has published many research papers in various reputed journals and conferences. He has also completed the General Management Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A). He has conducted many training programs, including training employees of Delhi Transco Limited (DTL); the Indian postal department in Megdoot Bhawan, Delhi; and Directorate General Resettlement (DGR), an interservice organization functioning directly under the Ministry of Defence (D.G.R). He has also written a case study on “Online Retail in UAE: Driven to Grow” and “Modi’s Visit to the UAE: Uncovering New Areas of Cooperation,” which were hosted by the European Case Clearing House (ECCH), UK. He has written and edited many books in the field of Industry 4.0 and information technology. He holds international patents in the broader field of information technology.

In the industrial sector, she served as a corporate trainer, mainly in the areas of psychometric assessment and neurobic brain exercises. An ardent researcher in the diversified areas of management and human resources practices, Dr. Gaur has published papers in research journals. Other than academics, Dr. Gaur actively participates in the assessment of leadership and interpersonal relation skills among professionals as part of her learning and interest, aimed to guide professionals to enhance the required skills to excel in their work settings. He is a recipient of the 2018 Research Productivity Award bestowed by the Philippine Association of Researchers and Statistical Software Users (PARSSU) for his outstanding contributions in research publications in Scopus and Clarivate Analytics indexed journals. He is also the 2016 Outstanding Business Educator in the field of Entrepreneurship and received the 2014 Young Achiever Award in Business Education, both presented by the Philippine Council of Deans and Educators in Business (PCDEB). With his outstanding accomplishments in business education, he was recently conferred the highest recognition of Diplomate in Business Education (DBE) by the Philippine Academy of Professionals in Business Education. He is also a Registered Marketing Professional (RMP) and Accredited Marketing Educator (AMEd). Amina Omrane, PhD, is Associate Professor at the University of Sfax, IHEC-Carthage in Tunisia, where she is also authorized to supervise researchers in management science and entrepreneurship. She has over twelve years of academic experience in management science and entrepreneurship, and she teaches postgraduate and master’s courses related to research methods, strategic management, business plans, entrepreneurship, as well as human/personal development. She obtained two master’s degrees in Management and Strategy before earning her PhD in Management Science from the University of Jean Moulin (Lyon III-France) and IHEC-Carthage (Tunisia). As a researcher at ECSTRA centre at IHEC Carthage, she has presented numerous works papers at international conferences and has written many other papers that have been published in international journals, such as the International Journal of Business and Globalisation, International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Small Business, International Journal of Business and Economics, Journal of African Business, and La Revue des Sciences de Gestion.
