Short Description about the Volume

Ecological Disturbance and Faunal Persistence: A Synthesis of Threats and Conservation Strategies for Wildlife Populations
will provide a comprehensive examination of the complex relationship between ecological disruptions and the resilience of wildlife. Through a balanced and evidence-based approach, the book will explore the various challenges faced by wildlife populations in the modern era, including climate change, habitat loss, pollution, and invasive species. It will delve into the underlying mechanisms of population ecology and conservation genetics, offering insights into the adaptive capacities of wildlife in the face of environmental change. Practical solutions will be proposed, emphasizing the importance of monitoring, adaptive management, and habitat restoration in conservation efforts.

Additionally, the book will highlight the significance of robust conservation policies, economic valuation of wildlife, and ethical considerations in shaping effective conservation strategies. By empowering researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and the broader community with knowledge and tools, the book aims to foster collective action towards the sustainable coexistence of humans and wildlife on a healthy planet. Contributions from experts across disciplines are encouraged to enrich the discourse and advance the shared goal of wildlife conservation worldwide.
