Ernesto D. R. Santibanez Gonzalez, PhD, is currently involved in research characterized by integrating mathematical models, big data, blockchain, and internet technology to understand, model, and provide practical solutions to companies and organizations that need to address climate change and sustainability problems. His experience in industrial engineering, operations management, and operations research gives him a good understanding of how to integrate information technology with quantitative methods to solve real-life problems. He is serving as associate editor and editor-in-chief of various journals with top publishers such as Elsevier, Springer, etc. He has also served as regional editor for the International Journal of Physical Distribution and Logistics Management (Emerald). In just the last five years, he has published more than 50 papers in top-tier journals. He has had visiting appointments at several universities in Brazil, China, and the United Kingdom. Currently, he is supervising and co-supervising graduate students in Brazil, Chile, and China. He leads the Circular Economy and Sustainability 4.0 Initiative (CES4.0); is a member of the Board of Directors (Counsellor), National Forestry Society of Chile (SNF); and has developed more than 80 research, innovation, and consulting projects that provide solutions to real problems in different countries of the world in industrial sectors such as energy, retail, mining, agri-food, forestry, logistics and oil and gas. Dr. Gonzalez holds a PhD in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) in a joint program with the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Rajeev Sijariya, PhD, is currently associated with Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) as the Dean and Professor at Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of Management and Entrepreneurship (ABVSME), India, where he is also the International Students Advisor. Earlier, he was Chairperson of the Special Centre for E-Learning (SCEL). He has vast teaching and corporate experience of over 24 years. He was nominated by the President of India to the National Institutes of Technology, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, and Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He has received various awards and project grants, guided many PhD students, and published many research papers. He is an author, researcher, academician, thinker, motivator, orator, corporate trainer, and social activist. He has hold MSc (Physics-electronics), MBA, and PhD in Management.
