This new volume explores the overlapping behavior of some aspects of the computational intelligence, focusing on real-life applications of these new tools and technologies. Computational science draws information from the field of computer science and mathematics and provides solutions to scientific or engineering problems. Even though the areas are quite distinct, many of the topics overlap in computational and computer science. Computational science is the intersection of computing and networking hardware, algorithms, numerical analysis and mathematics, software, programming, and databases and discipline specific knowledge. Dr. Chadha organized several national and international conferences in association with IEEE and CSI. She has also chaired sessions of reputed conferences and has delivered keynote talks. She has conducted and organized many workshops on the latest IT technologies. She has coauthored books on data mining. Her areas of research include data mining, big data, and machine learning. Dr. Chadha earned her doctorate in Data Mining. She holds a Master of Computer Applications with distinction. Sachin Sharma, PhD Professor, Faculty of Computer Applications, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies, Faridabad, India Sachin Sharma, PhD, is engaged in teaching master’s and bachelor‘s classes in computer applications and has more than 22 years of teaching experience. He is a Professor in the Faculty of Computer Applications, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies (MRIIRS), Faridabad, India. He has published more than 32 research papers in national and international journals and has guided students for their project works in computer science. He is an editor, reviewer, and editorial board member of several reputed Scopus-indexed journals, including those published by IEEE, Elsevier, and others. He is a member of various research organizations, such as the Computer Society of India, ACM, TOJET, IJCST, IAENG, Internet Society, IJET, and so on. He has chaired various sessions at reputed conferences and has delivered keynote talks, conducted workshops on upcoming technologies, and organized several international conferences in association with IEEE and Springer. His main interest areas include data mining, data structures, big data, and data science. He has published four books, with two books in the pipeline. His three patents on IoT and smart card have been published. Dr. Sharma holds a doctorate in Computer Applications in the field of Data Mining. Vasudha Arora, PhD Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Sharda School of Engineering Technology, Sharda Univerity, Greater Noida, India Vasudha Arora, PhD, has over 16 years of rich academic and research experience at various reputed colleges and universities. She is currently Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Sharda School of Engineering Technology, Sharda Univerity, Greater Noida, India. She has authored or co-authored more than 25 scholarly research articles and conference papers. She is a reviewer for several reputed Scopus-indexed journals of IEEE, Springer, and Elsevier. She has delivered keynote talks, conducted workshops on upcoming technologies, and organized several international conferences in association with IEEE and Springer. She has supervised several MTech dissertations and currently supervises two PhD scholars. Dr. Arora’s area of research includes cloud computing, network security, data science, and machine learning. Dr. Arora is an IBM-certified faculty member for several courses, including cloud computing and virtualization, cloud security, and cloud deployment models, and achieved various online certifications from IBM, NPTEL, and EICT Academy IIT Roorkee, to name a few.
