Kiran S. Kakade, PhD, is a distinguished academician and consultant, specializing in management, technology, and law. With over 15 years of experience, he currently serves as an Associate Professor at the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS) at Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune, India. His expertise spans enterprise resource planning solutions, industrial relations, HR and legal technology, and learning and development. Dr. Kakade is an active participant in national and international conferences, faculty development programs, and workshops, focusing on the application of artificial intelligence in HR and law. He holds 11 patents and has published over 65 research papers in renowned ABDC- and Scopus-indexed journals. Dr. Kakade earned a PhD in Management Science, along with postgraduate degrees (MBA in HR, LLM [Law], and Master of Computer Applications) from the University of Pune. His academic journey is further enriched by his contributions to leading institutions such as the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Thakur Institute of Management Studies & Research, Lala Lajpatrai Institute of Management, Guru Nanak Institute of Management Studies, and MIT World Peace University.

Swati Amit Vispute, PhD, is an accomplished academician, HR researcher, author, and organization development consultant with 20 years of rich experience. She is currently teaching at Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. Dr. Vispute has been a driving force in academia and in teaching and mentoring students. Her expertise lies in human resource management, consumer behavior, change management, employee behavior, and artificial intelligence. Her academic contributions extend beyond teaching and is evident through her research publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at national and international conferences. With a PhD in Management, University Grants Commission–National Eligibility Test (UGC–NET), MBA in HRM and MCom, Dr. Swati Vispute is a thought leader, an impactful educator, and a catalyst for positive change in both academic and social spheres.
