Devendra Kumar Sharma, PhD, is currently a Professor and Dean of the SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Delhi-NCR Campus, Ghaziabad, India. Dr. Sharma has authored many papers in reputed journals and conferences. His research interests are in VLSI interconnects, electronic circuits, digital design, testing, and signal processing. He is member of several professional bodies and is reviewer of many international journals and conferences. Dr. Sharma has participated in many international and national conferences as session chair and as member of steering, advisory, and technical program committees. He received his BE degree in Electronics Engineering from M. N. R. Engineering College, Allahabad, his ME degree from the University of Roorkee, and his PhD from NIT Kurukshetra, India. He served PSU in different positions for more than eight years in Q.A. & Testing/R&D departments.

Rohit Sharma, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at the SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Delhi–NCR Campus, Ghaziabad, India. He is an active member of many organizations, including the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), IEEE, ICS, International Association of Engineers (IAENG), and International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT). He is an editorial board member and reviewer for more than eight international journals and conferences. He has published about over 35 research papers in international and national journals and about nine research papers at international and national conferences. Dr. Sharma has participated in many international and national conferences as session chair and as a member in the steering, advisory, or international program committees. He earned his PhD from Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, India.

Bhadra Pokharel, PhD, currently works at the Materials Science and Engineering Program and Department of Physics, Pulchowk Campus, Institute of Engineering, Tribhuvan University, India. He is currently working on two research projects: 1. Phase Transition Behaviour in Ferroelectric Ceramics, and 2. Nano-Porous Activated Carbon. Vinod Kumar, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at SRMIST, Ghaziabad, India. His research area of interest includes MOS sensors, plasma-processed materials and devices, photo detectors, thin film devices, organic field-effect transistor (OFET), etc. Dr. Kumar has authored many journal papers that have been indexed in SCOPUS / SCI and in international conferences. Dr. Kumar has more than 21 years of experience in the field of teaching, research, and industry. He is a member of professional societies, including IEEE and the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), and he is reviewer for many international journals and conferences. Dr. Kumar has organized and participated in many international and national conferences as a member of the steering, advisory, or international program committees. Raghvendra Kumar, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Computer Science and Engineering Department at the Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology University (GIET), Gunupur, Odisha, India, and also serves as the Director of the Information Technology and Data Science Department at the Vietnam Center of Research in Economics, Management, Environment (VCREME), Branch VCREME One Member Company Limited, Vietnam. He also serves as a book series editor for the Internet of Everything (IOE): Security and Privacy Paradigm. Bio-Medical Engineering: Techniques and Applications. He has published a number of research papers in international journals and conferences, including IEEE. He has served as organizing chair (RICE-2019); volume editor (RICE-2018); keynote speaker, session chair, co-chair, publicity chair, publication chair (NGCT-2017); and advisory board, and technical program committee member for many international and national conferences.
