The idea of turning waste into value is an age-old concept that has continued to grow with great advances in materials science, technology, and sustainable practices. In the recent four or five decades, recycling has attained a new priority in providing solutions to some of the most pressing problems of resource depletion, pollution, and environmental degradation. This new book, Advanced Materials from Recycled Products: Sustainable Methods, provides a thorough exploration of innovative strategies and technologies designed for the transformation of waste materials into advanced materials for their contribution to sustainable development.

Taking a global and interdisciplinary approach, with chapters from authors from around the world, this volume shows the remarkable potential of recycled products for creating advanced materials for several applications, ranging from sustainable construction materials and biodegradable composites to green design in the fashion, automotive, and electronics industries. The chapters provide insight into the interplay between scientific research and its practical applications as they shape the future of sustainability materials.

The varied topics include biodiesel production from waste oil, integration of plastic waste materials into home décor, using natural fibers for enhanced mechanical and acoustic properties, using fly ash waste in construction materials, recycled polyester fleece, consumer attitudes toward recycled products, transforming garden waste into organic fertilizer, advances in rubber recycling, and much more.

As we look toward a sustainable future, it is necessary to continue to search for new ways to recycle, minimize wastage, and develop eco-friendly products. This book presents useful studies, findings, and practical contributions to aid researchers, students, and professionals dealing with issues in sustainability, materials science, and environmental engineering.
